1) What is octune.in?

Octune.in is the flagship estore for Octune Architectural Hardware products, where you can buy high-quality Octune products directly at factory prices.

We offer a wide range of products to meet all your interior hardware needs.

 

 

2) When was Octune established?

Octune was established in Bengaluru in the year 2016. You can read more about us here.

 

 

3) I have placed an order. When will it be shipped?

We will dispatch your order within 24-48 working hours.

If there is a delay under extraordinary circumstances, we will keep you updated.

 

 

4) I placed an order. How are the products shipped?

For Delivery Out Of Bengaluru:

Orders will be sent via VRL Logistics to the nearest delivery station (as mentioned by you on the order form) on a 'to pay' basis.

We will then provide you with a tracking ID from VRL Logistics on your registered Email ID.

Please Note: The buyer is responsible for paying the transportation charges to VRL and collecting the goods from their delivery station.

For Delivery Within Bengaluru* (BBMP Limits):

Orders will be door delivered to the address given by you within 2 working days.

 *Only for address within BBMP limits.

 

 

 

5) Are all the prices inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices include applicable GST.

 

 

6) I am a B2B customer (Retailer/Distributor/Interior Company/Architect/Builder). Can I get an extra discount?

Yes, we offer exclusive pricing and perks for B2B customers.

Please register here before placing an order and become our exclusive member.

Once we receive the details, we will activate the special pricing for you after successful verification within 12 working hours.

7) What are the payment options for placing an order?

We accept all major payment options, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.

COD isn’t available for now.

 

 

8) I have placed an order. Can I cancel it?

Yes, you are entitled to cancel your order before it is shipped without giving any reason.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending an email to kristalhardware@gmail.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day on which the order is cancelled. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you may incur payment gateway charges for such reimbursement.

 

 

9) I want to return the goods I received. What is the return policy?

Contact us if you would like to return the goods.

However, In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that they were purchased within the last 14 days and are in their original packaging with the packaging intact.

Please note that goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

 

10) How do I return the goods if the return conditions are satisfied?

If the return conditions are satisfied, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send the goods to the following address:

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.

If the goods meet our return policy, we will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the goods at our address
